History:
Crossroads recording Artists Tim and Mary Alice Lovelace have
traveled in gospel music for several years. Before traveling
as husband and wife, Tim traveled with the Florida Boys, Kingsmen
and Jake Hess; Mary Alice as a soloist and then for many years
with the Royalaires.
Currently:
With a wide range of comedic, instrumental and vocal talent,
this unique couple offers versatile style and song selection,
incorporating piano, guitar, harmonica, mandolin, banjo,
dobro, etc. Their ministry has taken them all over the United
States and Canada and to Scotland, Ireland, England and
Central America. They also appear annually on the Singing
at Sea cruise to the Bahamas hosted by Maurice Templeton
of Templeton Tours. In addition to this, Tim and Mary Alice
have been a part of the Gaither Homecoming videos, they
appear regularly on the Gospel Music Television Network
and continue to have national radio chart success. The Lovelaces'
current recording project, Waymaker, displays a wonderful
mixture of the "old and new" and is being well
received by gospel music lovers of all ages.

Comedy:
Tim and Mary Alice are widely known for
their comedy. In fact, Tim often describes
them as Princess Grace and Barney Fife.
As one of America's funniest Christian comedians,
Tim was featured on the Joy in the Camp
and Homecoming Bloopers Gaither videos doing
a zany comedy rendition of "The Fourth
Man in the Fire." Their current comedy
video, Laughin' with the Lovelaces, has
been an instant hit all across America.

Songwriting:
Tim is an award winning songwriter and has written for groups
such as The Cathedrals, Gold City, Nelons, Doug Oldham,
Ivan Parker, Palmetto State, Karen Peck and New River, Speers,
John Starnes, The Kingdom Heirs, Brian Free, etc. He has
also had several songs recorded on the Gaither Video Series.
Tim and Mary Alice received the prestigious BMI songwriting
and publishing award for their hit single "Getcha to
the Other Side" recorded by the Kingsmen.
